Denture Relines

Denture “fit” is ever-changing.  The bone beneath the gums has the best chance for long and useful life if the fit is periodically renewed by relining—ideally, every few years.

New impressions of your mouth are made and new material is bonded to the existing  denture, thus making the comfort and stability as up-to-date as possible.

Often, relining uppers yields a denture that stays up by atmospheric pressure—patients call it “suction.”

If it stays up by itself, looks good,  is comfortable, and helps chew the food, we have achieved our goal. Dentures can renew your life. How different would it be, if you really liked your dentures?
